Hi, I’m Theo Simons, the founder of Rainlife Washing LLC and a student at Western Washington University!

I started Rainlife Washing in the summer of 2025 after my freshman year at WWU. It began as a way to make extra money for school alongside my job at a local coffee shop. What began as a small side gig that I ran out of the back of my mom’s PT Cruiser, quickly grew into something much bigger. Since then I’ve had the privilege of restoring over 75 properties in western Washington.

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve seen how quickly moss, algae, and debris can build up on a home and cause serious damage. Much of the work I do involves helping homeowners deal with small issues before they turn into major repairs. I especially enjoy working with real estate professionals to prepare homes before they go on the market, where a simple exterior cleaning can make a noticeable difference in how a property sells.

I’m excited to continue growing the business and helping keep homes in Whatcom County clean and well cared for!
